Breadmaking is a craft that can be simple or intricate, but one thing remains constant: the ingredients should always be straightforward and recognizable. Sadly, many store-bought loaves are laden with preservatives and unnecessary additives. Yet, a perfect loaf of bread can be created with just three basic ingredients: water, flour, and salt.
For me, baking naturally leavened bread has become a personal journey — a quest to craft wholesome, genuine loaves for my loved ones and anyone who appreciates good food. Rustic Rise is my way of sharing this journey and inviting others to experience the difference a slice of real bread can make in their lives.
